ODict
From Just Solve the File Format Problem
ODict is a format for storing language dictionaries (AKA glossaries). It is based on FlatBuffers and Snappy, and is intended to be comparable to StarDict and the Apple dictionary format, but not tied to one specific program.[3] It can be "compiled" from an XML format called "ODXML".[4]
