ODict is a format for storing language dictionaries (AKA glossaries). It is based on FlatBuffers and Snappy, and is intended to be a free/open-source format comparable to StarDict and the Apple dictionary format.[3] It can be "compiled" from an XML format called "ODXML".[4]
