PMexe is an executable compression utility for CP/M, developed by Yoshihiko Mino. It requires PMarc (see PMA).

Identification

More research is needed.

Assuming PMexe files start with the bytes in the PMEXE2.COM file, they unfortunately have the same signature as PMsfx: ASCII "-pms-" at offset 2. For PMexe v2.00, a message starting with "PMexe" appears at offset 14.
