Nero CoverDesigner (also spelled Nero Cover Designer) is an application for creating covers for CDs, DVDs, etc. Two proprietary file formats associated with it are CoverDesigner Document (.ncd) and CoverDesigner Template (.nct), which contain graphics and other data.
