ICE is a compressed archiving format associated with ICEOWS (Interface de Compression Ergonomique pour windOWS). ICEOWS is a multi-format archiving utility for 32-bit Windows, developed by Raphaël Mounier. It was previously named ArjFolder.
Identification
ICE files apparently start with signature bytes 0x49 0x43 0x01 0x02.
