DitPack
From Just Solve the File Format Problem
DitPack is a simple file compression utility and format. It is credited to "Disoft".
It doesn't use a standard filename extension.
Identification
A compressed file starts with byte value 0x9e. After that is a 4-byte field for the original file size, big-endian byte order, so the second byte of the file is usually 0x00.
