DDS-CAD
From Just Solve the File Format Problem
DDS-CAD is a CAD/BIM (Computer Assisted Design / Building Information Modeling) program from Data Design Systems, used primarily in Europe. It is used to create electronic models of a building and its systems. Given the "DDS" name, it would be appropriate if it were used to design dentist offices, wouldn't it?
Allegedly there are file formats called BIN and BIM associated with it (as seen here), but no online details can be found of them. The DDS company's own viewer (linked below) indicates support for IFC, DWG, gbXML and 3DS formats, but not anything called BIN or BIM.
