BinSCII
From Just Solve the File Format Problem
BinSCII is a binary-to-text transfer-encoding utility and format, designed for use on Apple II systems. It was developed by Todd Whitesel.
It encodes a file (its contents, and some metadata) to ASCII text suitable for inclusion in an email, etc., or archival on a foreign system.

Encoded data is introduced by a line consisting of "FiLeStArTfIlEsTaRt
".
