.BRS is a raster graphics format associated with the video game Whale's Voyage, developed by Neo Software.
A BRS file is, at least for the most part, a slightly obfuscated ILBM file. The only obvious difference is that most of the FourCC codes are renamed.

Files start with ASCII "NEO!", and have "NEOP" at offset 8.
