Empty Picture (long name: Wallingford EMPTY PICTURE System) by Robert Wallingford is a DOS program that hides the content of any GIF by making it look like a single solid color.
It stores a copy of the color palette at the end of the file, after the trailer, formatted like a "comment extension." It then overwrites the original color palette so every color is the same.
