Code Page 775 (CP775, DOS 775, DOS CP775, DOS Baltic Rim) is an 8-bit character encoding. It is a member of the family of MS-DOS encodings intended for use in the Baltic Rim region. The lower half is the same as CP437 (and ASCII), and the upper half has accented (and other diacritically-marked) letters and a few other things such as box drawing characters (not as many of them as some of the other encodings since more code positions are devoted to variant letters).
