ChiWriter font is a font format associated with the ChiWriter scientific document editor for MS-DOS. Filename extension .pft is for printer fonts, and .sft is for screen fonts.[edit] Specification
The ChiWriter format is substantially similar to the GRASP font 'new' format, also used by PC-Paint and apparently deriving from the PC version of Fontrix. The Apple II Fontrix format is somewhat different.
There are two versions of the format:
