VideoStudio is a product developed by Ulead Systems in the mid 1990's[1]. Corel bought InterVideo in 2006, which included the Ulead software titles[2].

VideoStudio saves its project files to a format with the VSP extension or VSH for HTML5 projects[3][4]. This file format is in the "OLE2" document container format. The project file does not contain any video files, only project information[5].
Within the OLE2 container is a "Contents" file which contains the version of VideoStudio used and the ascii JUANPACK
within the first 128 bytes.
