NEOchrome format is a raster image file format associated with the NEOchrome graphics editor for Atari ST.

Format
Files have a 128-byte header, followed by 32000 bytes of uncompressed image data.
It supports three image formats:
- 320×200, 16-color
- 640×200, 4-color
- 640×400, 2-color
