Triple DES (also known as Triple Data Encryption Algorithm, TDEA, or 3DES) is a standard block cipher. It is a more secure version of DES.
It has a block size of 64 bits. It supports a key length of 168, 112, or 56 bits, with the 56-bit form being equivalent to DES.
