The SNaPshot report[1] in Microsoft Access allowed for reports to be exported and viewed separately without having Access installed. They could viewed with a free viewer[2]. Support for the format was discontinued with Access 2010.

File Information

SNP files appear to be based on the Microsoft Compound File, but are compressed CAB files with MSCF for the first 4 bytes[3][4]. Each page is stored as an EMF.
