Description

KSS is an audio file format containing sound data ripped from computer / console systems using the following audio chipsets: MSX Music standard (FM-Pac/YM2413), MSX Audio standard (Music Module/Y8950), Konami SCC (051649 SCC-I2212), PSG (AY-3-8910). The KSS format is most commonly used for audio ripped from the MSX line of home computer systems, but may also be used for music ripped from Sega Master System or Sega Game Gear games.
