CorelChart
From Just Solve the File Format Problem
CorelCHART was software included with CorelDRAW version 3, 4 & 5. CorelCHART was able to make vector graphics charts and other tables using CorelDRAW symbols[1].
CorelCHART was released with CorelDRAW in 1992, but dropped in 1994 with the release of CorelDRAW 6[2]. CorelDRAW 6 for Windows95[3] does not show CorelCHART included, but CorelDRAW 6 for Macintosh[4] does.
