Eclipse TILE is a raster graphics format associated with Eclipse, an image editing program.

Eclipse was developed by various companies, include Full Color Computing, and Alias Research. There were versions for Windows, and SGI workstations.

More research is needed to understand the purpose of .tile format, its relationship to other Eclipse formats, and whether the Windows and SGI formats are the same.
