CursorFX
From Just Solve the File Format Problem
CursorFX is a program for Microsoft Windows, the earliest supported version being Windows Vista[2], that changes the appearance of the mouse cursor. It differs from native Windows cursor customization, which uses the ANI and CUR formats, in that it allows for additional customization and graphical effects, such as motion trails. It succeeded CursorXP.
CursorFX cursor themes (AKA "packages"[3]) use an apparently proprietary format with the extension ".CursorFX". It might be expected that this file has a relation (perhaps in the way images are encoded) to the BootSkin Vista format, as they are made by the same company; however, there are no obvious similarities.
