ECC, also called Ecchi ECC, is a format for animated raster graphics.

Note: Ecchi is a genre of naughty anime, and that does seem to be the only thing the format was used for.

Identification

Files start with ASCII "ECCH". At offset 4 is a 2-byte version number that can be 01 00 or 02 00.
