Soundtrack Pro was a music/audio creator/editor program which was in at one point included with Apple's Logic Studio software. While it supports various other file formats, it has a native format for saving its projects.
Format Information
STMP are Property_List/Binary files and can be converted to Property_List/XML using the tool plutil.
