LHice is an unauthorized modified version of the LHarc v1.13c compression utility for DOS. It calls itself "LHice version 1.14". Its creator is unknown.

It is apparently functionally identical to LHarc v1.13c, except that the LHA files it creates have the extension .ICE instead of .LZH.

It may be found in a file named LH114.??? (LH114.COM has been reported). The executable file's name might be ICE.EXE.
