BGA (Binary GPU Attribute) is a format for expressing the structure of a 3D mesh in binary form, for GPU rendering. The format is up to version 2.0 as of this writing.
The file starts with a text-format header terminated with a blank line, followed by binary data. The endianness is required to be specified in the header.
