The C standard doesn't require integer types to be two's complement. And I don't think each individual data type of each individual programming language warrants a separate page; a single page about fixed-width integers should be sufficient for the purpose of describing how integer values are encoded in various file formats. felix (talk) 14:53, 11 May 2015 (UTC)
