WGT Block File is a simple raster graphics format associated with WordUp Graphics Toolkit (WGT). For more information about WGT and its other formats, refer to WGT Sprite.

A Block file consists of fields for the width and height, followed by pixel data. It can't be distinguished from various other formats that follow this pattern.
