Motion is software for creating graphics and titles for video production developed by Apple[1]

There are four types of Motion projects used by Final Cut: Effects, Generators, Titles and Transitions and they have the file extensions of: .moef, .motn, .moti and .motr respectively[2][3].

All formats are in XML which uses the "OZML" structure[4].
