A Humanize Preset is used in FL Studio / FruityLoops to store settings for humanization (which is altering note properties in a way that makes it sound more like a real human played the music instead of a robot). According to the reference manual, there is no way to create or edit these within FL Studio, so you have to use a text editor to edit them. However, the manual does not appear to give any specs or examples to help you do this.
