I keep wanting to use "Naming and numbering systems" as a primary category, but there's no good way to do that right now.
If we create an article to go along with this category, then it probably has to go somewhere under Languages (which seems like a bit of a stretch, but no more so than the Languages section is already stretched). Other than that, I think it would have to be a fifth top-level item on the File Formats page.
I propose to list it on the main Languages page. Though I see that some other hard-to-categorize things have been placed under Written Languages. Jsummers (talk) 14:35, 9 October 2016 (UTC)
