Lego is a brand of construction toys, consisting of plastic bricks which interlock with one another. Their trademark people have a fit if you call them "Legos"; they're "LEGO® brand construction toys" to you, buddy.

Various themed Lego sets are available, often tied to popular entertainment franchises like Star Wars and Harry Potter. There have also been some computer games based on Lego, using animated characters that look like they're built with Lego bricks. There are even some Legoland theme parks. So Lego is a really big deal... leggo my Lego!

The Lego Mindstorms NXT is a programmable robot.

Lego is one of the construction toys which can interoperate with the Free Universal Construction Kit, which you can download and 3D-print.
