Tom's Editor is an image viewer, editor and format converter. It's an online editing tool and works in Firefox, Chrome and other web browsers without any additional plugins. Free for commercial and personal use. Financed by a single ad shown on the right side.
Tom's Editor supports about 500 image formats. Supports the most popular formats like PNG, JPEG, GIF and PSD but also some rare formats like NOL, OTB, DDS, ITHMB or HRZ.
You can not only load images in one format and save as another but also apply some filters (similar to the filters on Instagram), convert to grayscale or monochrome, resize, apply blur or sharpening.
