Everything File List is a format used for export/import of lists of files from the program Everything, from voidtools, which generates indexes of files for searching. It is a CSV file in UTF-8 encoding with a header line.
For imported files, the only required field is "Filename". Other fields are file size (in bytes), dates in FILETIMEs (100-nanosecond intervals since January 1, 1601) in decimal or ISO 8601 dates, and Attributes (Windows File Attributes).
