Lenel is a security systems company, who makes hardware and software video systems. File formats are proprietary and details are not published.
For LDVR hardware, proprietary formats include .info and .spfs files and for LNVR hardware the proprietary format is .lnr files[1].

LNR files seem to be a container for AVC H.264 codecs as reported by MediaInfo. LNR files have a header which begins with the ascii "LNRF".
