This stub page describes the MITAB file format, derived from the tabular format provided by BioGrid. The MITAB25 format is part of the PSI-MI XML 2.5 standard. The sponsor is the Protemics Standard Initiative.
The MITAB25 specification is available by FTP at ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/intact/current/psimitab/README.
The MITAB27 specification (for version 2.7) is available at https://github.com/MICommunity/psicquic/blob/wiki/MITAB27Format.md.
