OS/2 extended attributes is a kind of metadata that can be associated with a file on the OS/2 operating system. It is supported by some OS/2-friendly filesystem and archive formats, particularly HPFS.
It can be serialized using standard structures such as those named "FEA2" and "FEA2LIST". The exact details of how it is serialized seem to vary from format to format.
