Aldus IntelliDraw Drawing (.IDW) is a vector graphics format associated with Aldus IntelliDraw, a vector graphics application for Windows and Macintosh.

The IDW files included with the software start with bytes (hex) 06 69 46 70 53 77 02 77 05 78 00 78 00 (which contains ASCII "iFpSw" at offset 1), and end with ASCII "C4". More research is needed, as it seems unlikely that all of this can be relied on as a signature.
