TXTmaker is a DOS utility that converts a text file to a COM file that, when executed, displays the text in a viewer. It was developed by Jack A. Orman and Armada Software.
Only version 1.22 has been located. It's unclear if there were any other versions.
See also DOCMAKER, a similar utility by the same author.
