MDA is an installer-archive format used by some Micrografx products.

Files are observed to start with "MDA " (with trailing space), have "RSW!" at offset 31, and end with "NOMO".
At offset 4 is what looks to be a format version number. Known versions are (with leading space) " 1.1" and " 2.0".
