BATtoCOM is a DOS utility that converts a Batch file to a COM file that works the same. It was developed by Clockwork Software, and distributed by Folio Shareware.
It also supports some custom extensions to the Batch language.

. At offset 3 is a copyright string that begins "BATtoCOM
".
