BATtoCOM is a DOS utility that converts a Batch file to a COM file that works the same. It was developed by Clockwork Software, and distributed by Folio Shareware.

It also supports some custom extensions to the Batch language.

Compiled COM files are observed to start with 0xe9. At offset 3 is a copyright string that begins "BATtoCOM".
