TelePaint is a paint program for DOS, developed by LCS/Telegraphics. A variant of it named Splash (or Splash!) was released by Spinnaker.
Only Splash and TelePaint 3.0 formats have been evaluated for this article. Earlier versions of TelePaint exist, and evidently use different formats.
The main "canvas" raster graphics format is .SS. There is also an .ST "stamp" format, which looks to be similar, but not identical.
