Reduq is a simple file compression utility for DOS, and its associated format. It was developed by Jacco Mintjes and Xanntia Software.
Identification
Compressed files seem to start with 'r' 'd' 'q' 'x' 0xcd 0xcc 0x8c 0x3f, but more research may be needed.
