Adobe Filmstrip is a video format developed by Adobe for Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc[1]. The format is a sequence of 32bit images in RGBA format[2].

Format Information

FLM files have a 36 byte trailer beginning with the ascsii "Rand"[3]. Presumably after Randy Ubillos, the developer of Adobe Premiere.
