PKTINY, also written PK-TINY, is an executable compression utility that tries to make life difficult for those who try to decompress such files. It was developed by VGA-Software and Thomas Mönkemeier.
It compresses DOS EXE files. The files it creates are a corruption of TINYPROG format, but superficially look more like PKLITE.
