Vector Object Utils is a small collection of 3D modeling utilities for DOS, developed by Alex Chalfin. It has a native binary Vector Object format (.VO).

The package has utilites for converting from DXF and "ASC" (apparently 3D Studio ASCII [1]) formats to VO, but nothing that converts a VO file to something else.

[edit] Identification

There's no easy way to identify a VO file from its contents.
