Niton XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence Analyzers) devices[1] capture elemental data. Once downloaded that data is stored in a NDT file.

Spectral data stored in the proprietary NDT file format came be exported, using Niton Software, as a CSV or certificates which can include a raster image of sample area[2].
