The SNaPshot report[1] in Microsoft Access allowed for reports to be exported and viewed separately without having Access installed. They could viewed with a free viewer[2]. Support for the format was discontinued with Access 2010.

SNP files appear to be based on the Microsoft Compound File, but are compressed CAB files with MSCF
for the first 4 bytes[3][4]. Each page is stored as an EMF.
