Raster Master RAW, or RM RAW, is a simple raster graphics format associated with Raster Master v3.0+.

Raster Master is a sprite/icon editor for DOS, designed for use in software development. It was developed by Nick Onoufriou and Blueview Software.

The format is minimalistic. There's no simple way to identify a RAW file as such, just from its contents. However, it is not a raw bitmap format.
