OOP is a menu-driven compressed archiving utility for DOS, developed by Tony M. Brown / TonyTown Software Ltd.
OOP format seems to be byte-for-byte identical to AMG v2.2/v2.3. OOP is evidently either derived from, or a clone of, AMG v2.3.
