TG4 is a bi-level raster image format associated with Image Machines Corporation of Herndon, VA. It is used by their IMageCenter (often written with a capital M) product, and maybe other products. It uses CCITT Group 4 compression. TG4 stands for "Tiled CCITT Group 4".
It is similar, but generally not identical, to JEDMICS C4 format, which was also designed by Image Machines.

More research needed. Some files begin with (hex) 80 00 00 00
, like JEDMICS C4, but others do not.
