Wise installer package

Wise installer package refers to the self-extracting Windows executable files created by Wise Installation System and its successors (Wise Package Studio, etc.). Wise Installation System is a discontinued application from Wise Solutions.

It uses DEFLATE compression. Several utilities have been developed to directly extract the component files. Evidently, it's challenging to support all the different format variants.
